What Data We Store

When you use CallWork.ai, we may store the following data associated with your account:

  • Account information (email, name, preferences)
  • Call recordings and audio files
  • AI-generated call transcripts
  • Extracted action items and follow-ups
  • CRM sync data (contacts, deals, notes pushed to/from your CRM)
  • Usage analytics and activity logs

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data by emailing hello@callwork.ai or by submitting the form below. Please use the email address associated with your CallWork.ai account.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account and profile data
  • All call recordings and audio files
  • All transcripts and extracted actions
  • CRM sync data stored on our servers
  • Your waitlist or subscription information

What We Retain

In accordance with legal obligations, we may retain:

  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
  • Records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution
  • Billing records as required by applicable tax and financial laws

Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted. Please note that data already shared with third-party integrations (e.g., your CRM) will need to be deleted separately through those services.
