  • Account Information: Email address provided when joining our waitlist or creating an account.
  • Call Recordings: Audio recordings of phone calls processed through our platform, with your consent and the consent of all parties as required by applicable law.
  • Call Transcripts: Text transcriptions generated from call recordings by our AI engine.
  • CRM Data: Contact information, deal details, and other business data synced from or pushed to your connected CRM systems.
  • Usage Analytics: Information about how you interact with our platform, including feature usage, session duration, and performance metrics.
  • Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers collected automatically.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve CallWork.ai's core functionality including call recording, transcription, action extraction, and CRM integration.
  • AI Processing: To process your calls through AI for transcription, intent recognition, and action detection. Your data is processed through third-party AI APIs under strict zero-retention agreements — it is never stored or used for model training by any party.
  • Communications: To send you product updates, feature announcements, and service-related notifications. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
  • Security & Compliance: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.

4. Data Storage & Security

All user data — including call recordings, transcripts, CRM data, and account information — is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Our data is hosted on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Each customer gets a completely separate database — your data is never co-mingled with any other customer's data.

No employee of Argentron Technologies has access to your user data. All data is stored in encrypted form and can only be accessed through the application layer with proper authentication. Access to production data is restricted to essential operations only, governed by strict internal policies and access controls.

We implement industry-standard security measures including regular security audits, automated access controls, intrusion detection, and monitoring to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Third-Party AI Services

CallWork.ai uses third-party AI APIs (such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and similar providers) for call transcription, intent recognition, and action extraction. These third-party AI providers:

  • Do not store your data for any training, quality assurance, or improvement purposes.
  • Do not use your data to train or fine-tune their AI models.
  • Process data transiently — your call data is sent to the API, processed, and the response is returned. No copies are retained by the AI provider.
  • We use zero-retention API agreements with all AI providers to ensure your data is never stored on their systems beyond the duration of the API request.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • AI Service Providers: As described above, call data is processed through third-party AI APIs under strict zero-retention agreements. No data is stored or used for training.
  • Analytics Providers: Anonymized usage data to help us understand product performance and improve user experience.
  • Infrastructure Partners: Cloud hosting and processing providers who are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
