1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CallWork.ai ("the Service"), a product of Argentron Technologies ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Argentron Technologies.

2. Service Description

CallWork.ai is an AI-powered call automation platform that records phone calls, generates transcripts, identifies follow-up actions, and executes post-call workflows including CRM updates, email drafting, and task scheduling. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may include free tiers, trial periods, and premium plans.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Record calls without the knowledge and consent of all parties where required by applicable law. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to two-party consent states and countries.
• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or any underlying technology.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Argentron Technologies and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, including call recordings and transcripts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argentron Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
